  7. I should point out i was referring to winning the club, not the Sec win! The average trophy is a surprise to me, but a welcome one. As is the Channel cup as i have always regarded that as the premier trophy in any organisation. Warm congratulations to E&K on their own outstanding season, and of course to John Lawrie and son John, who chased you all the way for the averages. Well done.
  8. Cheers Andy, i've had a bit of a wait for that, but now its here, its all been worth it ;)

  14. You'll know better the morra, don't put anything down for them today. They should all have empty crops by morning, if not i'd say you have a problem. Someone else will have to advise you on YBS as i've no experience of it.

  18. Just in from letting the yb's out. The Helicopter was in the sky around my area due the the Parade in Wishaw today, the yb's kept going for just over 2 hours. A few of the fanciers around me had their's out too, so the batch (120ish) just kept going as hard as they could. Great workout for them thanks to the copper chopper :)

  23. Nice one Sapper, i was a bit hesitant to put it in the bath, thought it might stain the feathers, i know better now
  24. I have a garlic bulb in my water tank, and the watering can i use to fill the drinkers. For all the good it does, i'm syre it doesn't do any harm, my doos are in great order. I add 250ml of cider vinegar to the water tank every so often, which means they will get it for 5 days, before the tank is empty. I then refill the tank leaving the garlic in until it grows stems, then i put a fresh one in, again its no done them any harm
