Hi Peter

Can I ask when was your application

There was a period roughly early 2000s to about 2012

when our boundaries were the same as Lanarkshires

We now have members from various federations not only Lanarkshire

Cheers

you could be right easygaun ,you had to wait till some one dropped out or died then you applied to get in and if just one black ball was in the drawer you had no chance

Hi Mr Hunter

The membership limit is 60

when I first applied in late 60s early 70s my application was refused

this had nothing to do with freemasonry but with sponsorship

a committed member had to approve your application. Which I totally agree with

There was no black ball. I have never seen a applicant been refused because of religion

Cheers

The fed boundary is the county map of 1973.

The LSC was a club formed for distance minded fanciers who also enjoy the social side of pigeons racing. Over the many years the LSC have been going loads of fanciers outwith Lanarkshire have joined and competed in the club.

I have been at most meetings since i joined and can never remember anyone being refused entry.
