Harry0 Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Don t know how we managed the last 50 years with snfc think a lot of sour grapes stick to your own national and get back to pigeon racing we all lose pigeons no matter who we are with my oppinionI am not in any of Scotland nationals so no sour grapes from myself just look at the facts on posts . You must be on to support ones spouting cruelty with small convoys . We all get bad races the INFC Kings cup went to 4 days but what we don't need is clowns shouting about cruelty etc on open forums . I take it your one of the big outfit.

Guest Hey Presto Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Davie, we want the best for our pigeons and in my opinion the SNRPC have some QUALITIES that would be good for the SNFC. Im not saying they are better than the SNFC , im saying lets adopt some of their strategies and get things sorted for the betterment of OUR PIGEONS.Got to agree there pal

IMHO this is a must for the snfc for next year using these type of transporters .

blue pied Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Some finding it tougher than others in the wicked west

hotrod Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Geraldys are NOT air conditioned Stuart.I was told they are or blow air across the tops of crates jock ?
hotrod Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Why do you guys moan about geraldy transport when they go to Ancenis in one ?? Think it turned out quite a good race for 600 mile plus ?
Rebus Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 I was told they are or blow air across the tops of crates jock ?Air condition only works in a sealed unit, Geraldys only have pipes with a few pinholes which gives a light air flow while traveling needs extra batteries to work when stationary.

dkj Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 Why do you guys moan about geraldy transport when they go to Ancenis in one ?? Think it turned out quite a good race for 600 mile plus ? stu did the snrpc go to the longest race in the back of a wee van with 44 birds,no fancy drinkers there, and had a good race, lol would like to see the video of them getting liberated,
hotrod Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 stu did the snrpc go to the longest race in the back of a wee van with 44 birds,no fancy drinkers there, and had a good race, lol would like to see the video of them getting liberated,An air condition van David . I'm sure it was gordons vito that took them , time in basket is also a major factor . And of course quality of pigeon in them . Air condition only works in a sealed unit, Geraldys only have pipes with a few pinholes which gives a light air flow while traveling needs extra batteries to work when stationary. Thanks jock that's what I was thinking of .
Guest bobbyg Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 To DKJ the SNRPC uses whatever vehicle is appropriate to the number of crates as far as drinkers are concerned each crate has two internal drinkers as well as the external drinker which is on the longest. Side of the crate not the shortest. If you are looking for an opinion on any difference on transportation why not ask the North of Scotland fed they have changed in the past couple of years
