Froog Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Am I reading this right? 44 birds away to a NATIONAL ?
Darnaway Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Yes but not just any National it's the longest distance National on the programme
ALF Posted July 1, 2016 Author Report Posted July 1, 2016 There might only be 44 doos at the race but i bet a lot of people would love to get the 1st 1 out of such a small convoy fae that distance....
Froog Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Yes but not just any National it's the longest distance National on the programme Still seems very small birdage when most Scottish fanciers claim to be long distance men. Good luck to the 44 bravehearts.

ALF Posted July 1, 2016 Author Report Posted July 1, 2016 Of course they would, but why such low numbers? Take the membership numbers re both National clubs and i would think the ratio members to doos wont be to different but am only guessing
Dooheed 5 Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 i think I'm right in sayin no birds away from The North section to the SNFC longest race from Ancenis ??

Kyleakin Lofts Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Sorry just got back into the sport this year after 20 years away, i now realise there are 2 Nationals ? When I started back 7 years ago after being away for nearly 40 years, it was quite a shock. I was a lot younger then, but it seems there is so much more politics and arguing now. It may have been there all those years ago, but I was not aware of it.
