WE IN OZ ARE TRYING THE FOLLOWING 1. 25X25 WIRE MESH; 2.CORRUGATED CARDBOARD, WE HAVE ALSO USED WOOD SHAVINGS AND STRAW, BOTH OF THESE GOT A BIT MESSY ESPECIALLY STRAW AND WERE DIFFICULT TO CLEAN OUT OF THE TRANSPORTER.MOST RACES, THE MAXIMUM TIME IN THE RACE BASKETS IS 36 HOURS, AS THE WEATHER IS MORE PREDICTABLE HERE AND WE HAVE VERY FEW HOLD OVERS. CHEER OZ

CHEER OZThe Choice would be better determined by stating also which type of Baskets/Transporter each Associations using ? As certain types of Dressing are not suitable for certain Baskets ! IE -Wood shavings in Geraldy Baskets !!

CHEER OZ Artificial Grass. is 1st class, used it for the last ten years. every time you get your basket back take out and quick brush and put back in.

I use this in my own baskets. Easy to keep clean. Picked up the tip from the late George Gauld, NW Fed.
