philg50 Posted July 9, 2015 Author Report Posted July 9, 2015 if you havent herd of it or used it before y would you whant the solution for it is this somthing you just got to try wot is it forI have heard of it ,what it does is replaces salts,etc refreshes and puts back in lost minerals ,sodium,potassium,phosphates,chloride glycine and sugars,it is supposed to help in recovery after race,after stress ,after illness.As i say i want to know strengths to mix .
