I,ve looked at this map and I beleive that the SHU a few years ago passed a ruling that all Federations had to have boundaries defined using longditude and latitude, not using a black marker on a map, so if this boundary change had been passed the SHU woiuld have to have ruled it out of order. Mibe I,m wrong but I dont think I am

Good evening Henrik . I'm a SHU member and I'm still waiting to see this FCKN map. :emoticon-0179-headbang:

DKJ CAN I TELL YOU SOMETHING ITS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE FOR COATBRIDGE TO WIN THE NATIONAL NOW, BAR IT IS REAL BAD WEATHER, LETS HAVE A LOOK AT THIS

COATBRIDGE TO DUNDEE IS 55 MILE AS THE CROW FLYS GOT THAT

NOW MY BIRD COMING FROM THE CARLISLE AREA ITS 78 MILE AND IF A DUNDEE BIRD COMES WITH ME IT IS 108 MILES TO GO TO HIS LOFT REMEMBER THAT, NOW IF MY BIRD FOLLOWS THE DUNDEE BIRD TO NEWCASTLE TO DUNDEE IT IS 115 MILE TO HIS HOME AND IT THEN 112 TO MY LOFT IN COATBRIDGE YET ONCE I ARRIVE BEATING HIS BIRD IN DUNDEE BY 3 MIN SAY I THEN HAVE TO GIVE HIM 55 MILE OVER FLY AND AS I SAY HE RACES MY SIDE OF THE COUNTRY I AGAIN LOSE 30 MILE TO HIM ON THE DISTANCE PLUS GIVE HIM 55 MILE OVER FLY

If you need to know where the birds come over ask Billy Bilsland. The no1 fancier in Scotland says he sees west pigeons by the 1000 s every week...

the no1 fancier in scotland is the man who wins the nat averages in that year 2014 is john bosworth. infact he is the best fancier in scotland since eddie newcombe. every year he is the man 2 beat at any nat race.

if billy see.s lanarkshire pigeons in ayton they need put in the bin. one thing for sure the winners from lanarkshire never see the east coast when winning

races.

i cant believe that lanarkshire men think that there winning pigeons are on the east coast of scotland.

the solway boys see the winning lanarkshire pigeon going up the m74.

how did stu mullen win in port glasgow in the snrpc

Bilsland has won four or five nationals in a few years only, wait another couple of years and itll be double figures.Nobidy comes close but billy says himself, location, drag, location.Modesty by the top man in the east...

great flying by billy good pigeon man good area. the top men in scotland in my eyes are. john bosworth. richard combe. jim donaldson. jocky king. they are the men at 500ml/600ml plus racing into scotland. and i still dont think the lanarkshire winners see the east coast in old bird racing

Tommy, the title of this thread is Lanarkshire Fed Proposal for Boundary Changes and that's what I am debating, as I said earlier my view is that this change would not have had any effect on the west section and would have tidied up the existing boundary for all fed sections which I will stick with, so I guess we will just have to agree to disagree.

no davy you started talking dribble bout glass houses and me flying with other feds ive nuffin tae hide no hidden agendas with me what a lot of bull tae tidy up the boundaries we all knw what it was for as i said i will be putting in a proposal that only fed members are transported on the fed trucks as with none members being conveyed as present has an affect on the membership with the clubs that own there baskets being told how much to put in baskets for so many races when infact we pay by the basket. :animatedpigeons:

the win it from skibbereen and there was also a guy from glasgow and when the national was formed they slipped up with who they let in. there after as i have explained no matter what side of the country dundee birds come coatbridge can't beat them. they would need 60 minutes in a mile, a minute race or a hard 2

day race of about 900yards

look at the nat result. the west section beat dundee at alencon, ancenis. clermont all in 2014 and these are the 3 big races of the year.

they also beat the eyevalley from these races also

think you should worry more about the solway they are hard 2 beat

no matter the wind when they are right you get them. look at the last nat 2013 sinclair thompson win it strong east wind. this year jim doig 3rd open against the wind beat by 2 solway pigeons.

so who is giving you the information its just 2 suit him because he aint getting them when it counts. he is always hours behind the winners no matter the wind

Nae problem Tommy, we've both had our say, I'm sure if if you put a proposal in next year then just like it should be and just like they did on Saturday with this proposal the members will decide what's right for them, I'm also sure you know me well enough to realise I've no hidden agendas either

the fairest national would have to be out at sea in the west, and every flier get there true measurement all line flights no hills no fanciers hiding behind any hills, or having to go around any, and every single bird able to starburst away from the lib site no drag nothing not like it is they way come east or west only as the hills prevent the way the races are measured out no allowance for detours with tail winds most weeks the hawk will have less kills as most birds would be in there lofts before they knew it with gps a chartered boat will take 3 7.5 ton trucks or 3 converted containers out no problem, release the birds for about £1,500 per race if they took them out west of derry say some 400 mile you would have great racing nothing to bother the birds on a fine day the velocities would be in the 1800 or more
