Hi lads--sitting up on a hill approx 4 miles east of consett----pontop pike tv mast 3/4 mile away andis usually visable,but not today ,no disernable wind but reasnobly bright -you can see down the street.

hope the cloud lifts -will try a couple of pics.

 

consett is usually visable past the lamp posts

been for lunch down the pub--visability at ground level ok now still low cloud but bright and warm enough --hope you all get sorted -----------our birds are up at Leicester at 11 30 in light n/east 160 to me but no wind this end.

the birds at consett were liberated at 3pm in a light north west wind best of luck
