Guest Gareth Rankin Posted September 11, 2012 Report Posted September 11, 2012 Perhaps a semi national SNFC race from Stafford for the west region and south region together. As per the norm, west wind forcast for the young bird national, west will be lucky if there is a doo in the first 150 open positions.

Weather diffo yin side to the other or North an south? could that be factored in? I doubt it!

Weather diffo yin side to the other or North an south? could that be factored in? I doubt it! All conditions would be taking into consideration re. the fatigue factor.Quite easy with the technology available to us nowadays.A simple mathematical formula applied to the different weather conditions.Bobs yer aunty. This would stop all the stupid childish bickering about who has the best bird in a race, what the result read would be the accurate account of the race.I especially feel sorry for the Solway boys nowadays because there winning pigeons dont get the recognition they are sometimes due simply because they fly shorter. There are champion pigeons everywhere and the breaking point/ fatigue factor formula would indicate this.Anyway, its all pie in the sky because stupidly enough, most pigeon men dont want it fair because they would be found out.
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted September 12, 2012 Report Posted September 12, 2012 Brought to the top for those who may be looking for the result.Lanarkshire & WOS Stafford result.pdf
