Good Mick, the last doo i got at 20.10 has had a hammering by the rain, that said he is in very good condition and very happy to be home.

Very disappointed with 3/10, yet another poor inland national for the SNFC which in turn will have consequences for the entries into the channel races. JMO

Just back from clock station from what i here a lot of very good birds missing, the weather going down the 30 mls was not good and looking across the solway into cumbria it was black ,even travelling back up the motorway a lot of rain about with low clouds was very happy to have my second bird back in those conditions and take my hat of to the doos that have made it further north than me in these conditions well done .

thats what im doing brian just training them, might give them a couple of 60 milers with the club but thats about it at a push, as a rule ive not really raced the youngsters much for 5 years or so, it works for me i find after training them they fly as well as anyones the following year

Sorry I have not been updated since 19.00. Personally I have 0 from 4 and can only say they were not good enough on the day.

Well a mate of mine kept 10 cocks back last year john and only trained them, and raced the rest, well the only yearlings hes has left are 9 of the 10 that he trained only. and they have had 3 carentans so not bad is it , room for thought.
