blackdog Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 never seen as much rain up here in cumbria before like we are getting just now, never stopped since last night, roads flooded, rivers bursting there banks and the forcast is the same till the weekend, 70 mile winds, whats it like where you are ??) ??)

ALF Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 Been raining here all day non stop :o I left the loft at 3pm after work and just a bit lower down the park from my loft the council JCB was digging the muck out the side of the burn and after i picked the wee man up from school and headed back up that way for a look they had the road closed and the water must have been at least 3-4ft deep on the road in the gulley at the bottom of the hill and was flowing right across the other side of the road to the football parks :o :o ??) ??) ??) ??) ??) ??) ??)
