Pigeon Basics Annual Show , We had discussed making this a paid for show but as it would be to much to collect small funds for entrants this will be run as previously 'FREE OF CHARGE' however there will be 3 cards for each class 1st 2nd and 3rd and a small trophy for best in show and THEFIFER has now added a small prize of £20 for best in show , Cards and Trophy will be presented at Blackpool show at the Arena Hall 1'o'clock prompt on the Saturday, remember this is supposed to be a bit of fun and classes have been made to suit most fanciers. Dates below are for when the winner of each class to be announced .

 

Class 1 Raced young birds cock any distance Winner announced on 6th November

 

1st with 17 votes 51 Wallace

2nd with 12 votes 47 Wallace

3rd with 10 votes 22 Aye Ready

Class 2 Raced young birds hen any distance Winner announced on 8th November

2nd with 14 votes 28 Aye Ready

( as pen 16 and 25 had 3 votes each I cast the extra vote ), well done to all

 

Class 3 Best Raced young bird any distance from above 2 Classes Winner announced on 12th November

Rules :

All entrants for each class must be posted to BACKBYDEMAND@AOL.COM or via pm when stated that class photos are been collected . All photos must be natural photos within a loft setting with no editing or background colour other than otherwise would of been captured by the camera it's been taken with . No voting can take place by a family member on your bird , nor voting on your own bird will be allowed .All votes are at the discretion of myself and the admin team . On your email application please state your Pigeon Basics screen name .5 Entry's per class per member . I hope I have made it simple and easy to follow any questions feel free to pm me :) Please don't use Photo's of birds that have or are going to be used on other sites shows as this will invalidate your entry as will be able to identify your entry , by all means use a unique photo for this show it can be the same bird

Well done old yellow, well run mate! Also wanna just say to aye ready and wallace a massive well done! There birds where outstanding! My young hens winner is a corbet busheart! She flew steady as yb. But in show pen 2011 she has 3 firsts at open shows! 2 champion young bird awards! She is in 100 miles young hens blackpool show on friday! Big hope for me!!
