We sent ten to Carentan this morning ,280 miles ,7 cocks and 3 hens and we will look at the weather tomorrow and decide then if we will send any to the fed race

Looks like a holdover for us Lankshire boys racing from Thirsk around 150 ml to the Central belt.Might just send the Cocks and one Hen will wait and see if things change for the better tommorrow??

Having missed last weeks race due to the wife being taken into hospital ,they all go this week regardless of weather getting to far down the road now to be sitting at home on a perch if they were oil paintings they would be on the loft walls ,bred to fly so fly they will .

Yes your right there Steven NW wind will sort them out ,my birds are flying really well and disappearing when let out so if they cannae face a NW in this condition they never will looking forward to the race with sensible velocities gives me a chance up here ,thanks regarding the wife she has good and bad days at present .

same as last week, sent the same 33 today to arniston 126 miles, they,ve been coming well, was just a little concerned about the weather yesterday but there seems to have been a little bit of a break in weather for tomorrow
