how many have youngsters now and how old, is this cold weather doing any harm ,

 

 

i have 6 in the nest , rung , all around 2 1/2 weeks old . all seem fine regards change in temperature .

I don't keep a big team of young or old birds,had a good breeding season,twelve pair of racers and four stock.two clear eggs and it was an old timer who was the same last season but he breeds a good young bird,got two off him in his second nest.Thirty max young birds unless there's something special pops up.

There's always one nosey bugger.

Put first youngster's into their section Friday and yesterday only 7 to go in couple days and that's my team of 60 all one age which makes life easy

Have 20 ybs in nest all around 18 days old... A full hatch and all looking good so happy with that.

Another half dozen to collect from friends shortly and then turn attention to start of OB racing hopefully
