Can I just say "ME" never misses a point and I would also agree with Bart about the yet again slightly questionable editing of the forum. Especially when the supporters of the old "lanarkshire regime" seem to get an easy passage. However the birds welfare is the be all and end all but if you want to race every race including the YBN then either move from fife to the south of Edinburgh or cut your cloth! Personally I would alwas go for more races for young birds rather than distance. i.e 5 X 100 miles good. 1 X 60,then 1 X 100 . then 1 X 170 and lost not so good
