As its the time of year for losing thousands of young Scottish pigeons would it not be an idea to put some details on a "sticky" thread to give people an idea who to contact if they get a stray bird in? Obviously an SHU web site with a ring list similar to the RPRA site would be best but even a list with details of the federation secretary would be useful, although a complete club list would be even better. Even if a Scottish fancier gets your bird in I am never happy getting a bird via the stray centre you have no idea what it might bring back.
