At this time of year treat for absolutely nothing if you can get away with it. My advice would be get a mixture of droppings tested and if your vet advises treating for anything do it, if not leave it for a month or so if possible. Let them finish the moult in peace if at all possible. Keep them clean and dry with good ventilation and no draughts and watch them "fly" next year. All the best.

You need Auremycin ointment or something similar in the eyes of any birds showing those sort of syptoms double quick as well as a suitable flock treatment anti b in the water for a week to 10 days. If its Salmonella get to a vet or any other source you have and get a hold of Baytril best thing by a million miles to sort things out for you. Get your loft gutted out and sprayed with Virkon S and be on your guard for it making a reappearance . Good luck.
