WHAT A SHOCK I HAD THIS MORNING! All my Thurso representatives were sent sitting chicken eggs to Thurso. To my shock this morning when entering the loft my good Thurso Cock was sitting on the nest, and a little baby chick was sitting next to him. Haven't a clue what to do with it, will give it to a local chicken man down the road, I would rear it if I knew how.

It depends how you feed them, you cannot burn the candle at both ends, hard training heavier diet, light training lighter diet. The protein levels would be the biggest factor.

No one in my opinion remembers a pigeon that topped the fed once, apart from the owner . A pigeon that tops it numerous times are the ones that are remembered. The best pigeon I've ever raced against in my time was Champion Mach 1 5x1st federation as a young bird, raced by Tizzard, Bigwood and O Cunneff.
