paul has a very good idea there,possible late bred auction or old racers auction,If there is going to be one i will readily put a couple up

personnally if a pigeon hasnt scored alot of times or won by the time it is 3 years old,they do not go any further,if they are continuelly scoring and winning they will go to stock,however if they do not breed the goods and where scoring keep them on the road. There is a guy in my club who races 9-10yr old pigeons and by half they do look it to,he tends not to do so well on the sprint racing but come berwick,stonehaven or thurso, he is guareented to have a fair few good ones on the clock,

yea sounds like paratyophoid,i had this last season some died,when i injected some picked up others died luckily all my best birds didnt show any signs but in the end those that i tried to save had to be disposed off,Dave Allens around antwerp with belg de weerd is an interesting watch if ya get your hands on that they go into detail about the subject

i had a massive fly away about 11 weeks ago,after timing in on saturday more pigeons come one pigeon went in like a rocket,looked to see what one it was didnt have a rubber on,so i thought it must of went into someone,when looking in my book i found out i lost this bird at the fly away and was exactly identicle to its nest mate that went to the race,they can work there way back its a miracle from the fly away nearly every pigeon has made its way back,funnily enough one came back today as i was waiting for the trainers went in picked it up it was flee riden this was the only one i could defaintly say out of all the ones that returned back had not been copped up in someones loft,as the rest all come back lookin like oil paintings

well its obvious the fancier must ave took a liking to your bird,and decided not to be a good sport,its a shame you couldnt run this up to the rpra if possible or something

Barking are also holding a young bird race from berwick i believe its on the same day it is tenner per bird and a 3 bird limit,ill post up the dates once i go over to lennys shop again
