  5. to get rid of the toxins i use a pint of milk and a pint of water to a table spoon of honey, but only put it lightly in the drinker so they have to sip it this is wat we do on race days and you should see the droppings come out,ya can tell theres alot of crap coming out of there system
  6. in the winter i let it go deep litter howeva we scrape the main floor then push the droppings to the back of the shed untill it will turn to dust. In the racing season its scraped out once or twice a day

    WIDOWOOD

I personnally feel the cocks are more determined and work better on the system, while i feel hens are more better natural racing jus a preference no reason why really
  13. interesting point jimmy made, and in a sense i used to do the splash theory, however i think maybe pigeons can smell water,I might be wrong but if you put a young bird that isnt basket trained into a basket with the drinker already on the basket that young bird will find that drinker in no time
  14. Shadow use are at wanstead not far if u want id keep you posted on the weather and wind,i might pop over there to see the lib also

  25. Tasmin would love to get involved but these pigeons are racers not film stars and its more than likely they would damage themselves in the process, and it wouldnt be down to jus me as half the birds are my dads aswell,if u can guareentee that the door would be infront of the birds we could come to some arangement. If interested give me a call (02075110353)
