These are really beautiful pigeons,would you ever try and put the pigeons in the race basket, or you jus keeping them for around the home,they are truly lovely birds and would be interesting to see how they race as if you read the rp and homing world some people do really well from the long distance with white pigeons,ive never had or bred a white in my loft so i wouldnt know how they fair against the other colours.But pecked hen they are a true credit to you,you have a nice set up aswell

They dont breed bad pigeons either,when listening to some old fanciers who used to work on the docks in east london they used to say if u saw a belgian bird theyd have fights over who would try and catch it as belgian birds always supposably bred good pigeons,not like that anymore lol.Also listening to my dad who one had a blue pied come in transfered it,at the time my dad had a direct son of the champion magic blue and alot of people wanted a young un from it,however he put a grandson with magic blue with it and it bred this guy a fed winner,and bred my dad some good pigeons with other cocks

We tend to put these pigeons on a breakdown or depurative mix

some pigeons eat more then others,and other eat quicker i found this out with my stock pigeons thats y i feed individually now.Like i said it happens to 1 or 2 of my stock hens out of 12 pairs get the yellow skin every year

do you race the hens,do you let them out for regular exercise,do you feed them all together or individually! Yellow skin underneath has always been known to me to be pigeons overweight, i tend to find it in one or two of my stock hens in which i make sure lose this before breeding starts, or you find what has happened in this particular that it hasnt laid all year.

yep ur right pecked hen the pigeon with the yellow breast is defaintly too fat get it on some depurative,it is also quiet possibly a reason y the pigeon hasnt laid a very common thing with fat pigeons

Well pigeons will eat litterally everything however,to make the birds droppings less watery the best thing is feeding it on some grain or seeds of some sort if u have barley,rice,wheat,along those lines.Yea would love to see the photos

i jus use a spray for cage bird and avaries gets rid of em a treat jus a little spray under the wings and tail

yea i knew someone also they had a shed covering there whole balcony it was only tiny,but they could see in there shed through the doors leading to the balcony they had to trap through a sputnick no harm and had no where to land so that was the only place to go,he wasnt a bad fancier either,and wen he didnt want to look at his birds no more hed pull the door ova,but he said it was betta than watchin tv

Nah Paulo wasnt me,althought it sounded like it went along well i didnt fancy me birds flying inside a warehouse and gettin injured if ya no what i mean it wouldnt be worth it.I would ave loved to ave done it now it sounds like it all went well lol little bit of jealousy inside.But maybe if Tasmin does make a film about pigeons in the war i could have some involvement,as drama is a love of mine as i do it for A levels.

to me it just seems that it might be trying to get itself strong yet again and once it is strong enough it will go on its own accord, thats what i feel,however it is known for pigeons to make a new loft its home lol but ive never heard of one moving in with people hope ur chargin rent

In my club Newham Invitation Its about 35p per bird,however in my dads club Custom House He pays £1 per bird and you can really see a big difference in the prize money
