Dunno how far Falaise is to the fancier that put post up but sounds like the pigeons might need at least another prep race between 200 - 300 mls. Really depends how far Falaise is to the loft. imo.

Forgot to say in my last post that the secy has done a descent job under the circumstances and should be given time. One year is not quite long enough for someone to familiarise themselves with such a position. IMO!

Your right Peter Pandy their are some excellent Leaders out their, we just cant get them into positions. Some of them know it would be a complete waste of time because of the amount of YES MEN getting in the way.

Of course they should be tiger, but then again there's a lot of common sense lacking at the top of the tree these days! That's another reason the sport is going backwards, no proper leadership with some good long term plans.

Lol aye a sincerely hope so. Went training one day with ybs at Grangemouth Refinery and a flippin Percy chased them all over the place. My heart was in my mouth. However after eventually leaving there and getting home the ybs arrived when I was getting baskets out the car. Lucky escape. :rolleyes:

Pigeon Pharmacy are good use them every year and they don't charge delivery on Vaccine, so u can order stuff with it on same order and you don't get charged for it.

Good stuff tony, some excellent old films on there, looking forward to watching some more of them. Particularly liked the GI Joe Dicken Medal one and some of the war ones from 1939 showing the pigeons carrying messages and all the auld chaps with their bonnets on! :)
