Good stuff lee, a might buy myself one of them sky leaders. Be very interesting to see how they get up the road. Hope you get your doos home Simon, that's the down fall cost of the rings if they dont make it.
Not saying I wouldnt send but 480 miles for a young bird is a fair old fly. Lads would be winning nationals flying less than our young birds would have to fly
Ypres is 530 miles up to Banff and there is lads flying further than us. Maidstone roughly 480 miles a bit far for young birds for the North section lads. Jmo
Cheers philG50 and pigeonman I managed to get hold of Jeremy on messenger. One of the birds we bought from the rpra oneloft auction managed to escape. Thankfully it came back after a few hours away.
Anyways I'm just buying 10 from China out of curiosity, I dont mind buying from shu and if they make a few pence of them all the better. Bought 300 yesterday afternoon £1.50 each and £8 postage arrived this morning.
My youngster will be off a pair of Jim Donaldson doos lee bought from his clearance sale. Also be a 2nd bird to go along with it from the stock loft. Ill see what's ready at the same time.
The 24 feet loft is back up for sale again. Unfortunately the buyer has pulled out at the last minute. It will be ready in 2 weeks to go. Will be dismantled and ready for collection. It will need 3 new traps on the front. Any sensible offer accepted Thanks
Aye robbie but it only goes halfway. Never noticed until I took the doocote down. I'm after one to go the whole length of doocote. Or one for the other half.(if that makes sense)
