this stuff wattie does isn't no magic potion ,ive always said it doesn't make your birds win all it does is helps keep them healthy , the best £10 ive ever spent on any product in pigeons . there are a few guys in my club using it and all say there birds are in top health .and well done coey 18 on your win .

hard question john . yes you can be a good fancier without winning lots of races , think it depends on what time you have , look at most top doo men in country they are either retired or have a loft helper\partner ,others have to work long hours or shifts that change week to week which makes any type of routene unworkable . but can still win a few races each year ,bad fanciers well most clubs have them they don't clean out their lofts never seem to train always at bottom of results (once or twice near the top in a blow home only)last one to do anything on a race weekend ,moan about every decision made at agm,s oh and they can never be bothered going to them .Then there is the money side of the sport , lots of fanciers cant afford to buy the very best not like some that spend thousands on the very best , and as most know the best apples always fall nearest the tree. ps not having a dig at anyone just my honest opinion on our great sport .

What do you mean broken ? Is it birds bought in or just you moving loft? If it's the second I moved mines about 13 /14 years ago although at the start the birds would go to old place ( ok it was only about 100yrds away so I could see them going down ) maybe 3 or 4 races that year but they still won well ,winning fed old bird average to boot.

Had similar thing in loft a few years back but not just yearlings older birds too after trying everything on market ,even the dreaded enrofoxacin (baytril) , I ended up having to put down some very good pigeons including the dam of my snrpc national winner ,a blue cock that had 3 diplomas with the snfc including 1st section , I was basically starting again with only 6 race birds left and that years youngsters , the funny thing was the old birds had problems in one section the youngsters in next one were perfectly healthy , I eventually tried Walter boswells tonic , the loft settled down and have used this ever since at least once per week , I've put other fanciers on it too every one of them are reporting healthy lofts , so thank you Walter . £10 /bag and will do for years and years . You would think after buying these they would either put phone number rings on or wing stamp them .all you get is a ring registration card to prove its yours a lot have them stapled to a pedigree or sealed in laminate . If you sell it or give it away that goes with them .

Why do you guys moan about geraldy transport when they go to Ancenis in one ?? Think it turned out quite a good race for 600 mile plus ?

Davie one of the things adopted by snrpc is transporting pigeons to races ,the size of wagon fits onto the Chunnel .so we can leave a day later and still be on site before/ or the same time as the Snfc , using the geraldy transporters is a must ,air con /watering system . IMHO this is a must for the snfc for next year using these type of transporters .
