sorry fir your loss my lab is 15 yrs old now hes a fit auld man full of life still jet black with a wee patch grey hairs under his chin still got muscle and thin enough to show good sprung ribs 3 month ago he was walking down my front steps and suddenly lost all ability to control his direction he couldnt even lift leg for a widdle without falling over he couldnt eat and thats not a lab his head was tilted to one side took him to vet for the 1st time since his jags as a pup the couldnt believe his age until they looked back thier records for his puppy jags i recieved a new drug maybe the one your talking about peter told me it was for old dog syndrome they explained he may never recover and would need a lot of attention and he would be left with his head tilted to one side and if it got worse may require to be put to sleep sh** those words nearly broke me his course of tablets lasted 2 weeks and 2 days before the tablets finished his head had straightend up and he was looking alert again took him for a check up they told me he had a great recovery but they warned me it will probably happen again but worse next time the good news anyone thats been round mine lately and seen bowzer will know he is looking good again his old self standing on the veranda with his nose in the air smelling and dreaming of those bitxhes up the road haha i feel foe you peter when we thought bowzer was ready to go me my wife and grown children were in bits they are true friends and companions and probably the only ones we can truelly say never let us down take care and all the best some folfs have never had the pleasure peter you have cherish the memory you will meet mac again craig

just cant understand if the guy killed them why the hell would he phone to let me know my bird was dead i tried calling back once i thought about it but no answer several times al try mora again see if i can get a bit more detail

had a guy from northumberland who owns a chicken farm call me hes doing his yearly clean out and found loads of dead pigeons one mine with ring tel on it he said there was dozens of them throughout his yard all dead strange do you think theyve been poisoned or what

great weekend met some great guys last year cant wait

seems a lot of gravel mate 22tn covers 200square mtrs with a depth of 50mm which is more than ample if you prep the ground first and lay a weed/teram barrier local quarry if picking up ypourself expect to pay 8-10 per ton for a blue 20mm single size washed

i would sugest starting with young birds bought or gifted by good local and surrounding top lofts which in turn you can race and try them out that year the yb s are easy to motivate and by the end of the yb season your birds will have learned you a few tricks you will be left with the best only at the end of the season which is a good start for the next years listen to everyone who is willing to share thier wee secrets tweek them to suit yourself birds and loft its a great sport new myself and loving it all the best mate
