Walter as a novice that doesn't race i want to know where the best place is to send a droppings sample and if asked will they look for anything out of the norm (something i may have missed),as i would like my birds to be in top condition and healthy ,i want to learn and not blind treat if something is wrong. and it seems you know what your talking about and have also read you testimonial on loeella pigeon world any advive would be greatly appreciated. all the best mark

I personally think we should ask for there advice on how we should keep pigeons and see what they say ,They obviously know better than people who have kept birds all there lives like some members on here ,maybe they will help with the raptor problem (doubt it) I have only had birds two years got allot to learn always will learn,they have kept me sain though a tough two years .I wont let them stop me doing what i enjoy especially when i know they are wrong .

All we can do is boycott them all together and give them the least publicity as possible or else the rest of public will be behind them and as if if pigeons dont have a bad name already for example flying rats carry disease we know its a myth but the public dont and will believe whatever the media says that why advertising and tv is big bussiness .

i think the replie is good but we are playing into there hands by encouraging people to watch there video as the more views it gets on youtube the higher its result be when racing pigeons is searched for on youtube.So in essense we are promoting them and if people interseted in the sport watch the video they will believe everything they say because people are gullible me included.When it goes on to say about loses people wouldn't send just to loose them .When a pigeon is sent the owner believes that pigeon is in good enough health to return accidents happen ,someone who i know ran over his down dog by accident in his drive so should peta say dogs arent alloud in front gardens now they need to get a life and do something usefull and leave people who really love love animals allone .By the way i have had a drink so sorry for the ranting folks

i would Ask them if they were to ban keeping and racing pigeons would they take them and look after them without killing dont think so .Also in the picture there are allot of 4x4's in the car park so they dont mind polluting the atmosphere, and killing wildlife off that way .They havent got a clue .It would be impossible to do anything these days without killing something inadvertantly so they should look at themselves before criticising everyone else ,and when they are perfect then try and judge .

do you watch your birds feed i recently figured out what was wrong with mine a cock was guarding the food wouldn't let them feed meaning they wouldn't fly and woundn't trap either for a while until i watched what was going on .i cut the food right down too which didn't help .Hope this helps .i locked the cock in his box or removed him to give the overs more confidence.

i put carpet grippers on the fence at my house had no problems for a while but when the cats in hunting mode it doesn't feel the pain as i have seen it myself luckily i watched to see if the helped deter the cats ended up scaring it off myself
