Its a 3 in 1 canker, cocci, mucous membrane treatment. Heard of it but never tried it :-/
-
;D ;D ;DOk , ladies and gents, please lets put up reasonable opinions. We are looking for fanciers that achieve success in all types of pigeon racing into Scotland.
-
Jim Donaldsons a top distance flier but we are looking for the best all round flier - club, fed, national, both obs and ybs. I reckon there are only a few from each section to fit the bill.

What makes you think that Glasgow members would join Lanarkshire?? They all are happy enough where they are, dont you think :-/ Glasgow applied to Lanarkshire and were knocked back. They are now an RPRA fed and I dont think it would enter their heads to approach Lanarkshire fed.

Tell Eggy to stand in basin of water and grab fence Angela. Its meant to have the same effect as viagra ;D ;D

Chris, I have to agree SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!! ;D

Naw, I would make my own boxes at that price but Im sure there are plenty of folk that will buy them
-
This is totally outragious, the lanarkshire fed would have to charge every other fed that goes with them ( £1000) or is it DISCRIMINATION against certain people ?
-
Whats all this talk of PILGRIMS Bigda ?
-
Who are these members Alex and are you one of them ?
-
Of course I read it, thats how I knew they were £12 ;D so what is the price per box ?
-
£11.25 a box if you buy 40.Not much of a saving m8 if each box costs £12 :-/

Paratyphoid injections are not compulsary. My advice- Dont do it unless you really need to. Natural immunity is the key to longevity and the secret component when trying to establish a decent family of pigeons.
-
I regret not enjoying my pigeons as I used to,
-
I agree with you m8, as long as it only applied to races over 150 miles
-
the furthest east fliers have the best location, is mac furthest east?

Ive been reading this thread with interest and I think their is too much talk of '' first drop '' etc into Coatbridge. The bottom line is, McAloney is streets ahead of anyone in Lanarkshire fed, in races up to 200 miles. Granted, he is in a good location but so are so many others and they dont get near him. Everybody knows that in the shorter races the further flying members can sometimes have an advantage, providing the wind favours them, but in the longer races ( 250 + miles ) the shorter fliers have the advantage. What races would you rather win , the short or long ?? Well, the sport in Scotland is geared up for the longer distance races and most trophies are won at these events, so all this crap from the shorter flying fliers not getting the drop in the early races when they should be very happy about having the advantage in the main races. :B :B

THIS ISNT ON WEB PAGE AND I THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU GUYS READ ABOUT THIS PARTNERSHIP. Rae & Klasicki, Glenboig. 2nd section E SNFC YB National Leicester 2009†From: derek hay (derek-hay@hotmail.com) Sent: 17 September 2009 21:57:18 To: marie (marie.mckee@btinternet.com) 1 attachment Rae and K...JPG (2.4 MB) Peter Klasicki and his 9 year old nephew Mikael Digan timed their lovely ch.hen now named 'MIKAEL'S CRACKER' in at 18.07pm to be 2nd section E 2nd west Region SNFC YB national Leicester. Peters partner, George Rae is a builder and has very little time to spend with the birds due to work commitments so the daily chores are left to Peter and his now silent partner and nephew, Mikael Digan. Mikael ( not Michael, as I was promptly corrected by the young fella ) is a very enthusiastic young lad that lifts your spirits every time you speak to him. He oozes optimism and when I was verifying the pigeon he told me that he would be going to the french races next year and everyone beware as they were in trouble. To tell the truth, I believe him, because if it was keeness that wins SNFC National races then he is right, we are in trouble. He once said to Peter '' If you listen to me you will win more races '' Theres confidence for you from, Im sure, a future star in the pigeon sport . Breeding of ' Mikael's Cracker ' Sire and dam both bred by R.J.Rome (Romero lofts ) Annan. Sire is a son of the famous Reimus, 1st Open SNFC Gold cup Reims 2003. Dam of ' Mikael's Cracker ' is from Andre Roodhoft blood containing the lines of Super Koppel and Super Kweeker. ' Mikael's Cracker ' flew all races in the Lanarkshire Federations programme to Wetherby 170 mls ( this race was a disaster with many people failing to time and returns being terrible.Peter got 21/24, and was 13th Open 4000 birds ,so his loft was starting to show real form )The next week his birds were entered in the comeback race from Otterburn and Peter was 6th, 7th and 10th fed. Peter decided to change the feed in preparation for the yb national and he mixed half Junior Uk and half Prestige and fed the birds on this up until basketting. No road training, just an hour around loft morning and evening. They planned to send 3 birds to yb National but when they entered the loft to basket them, the little ch.hen stood out and was included in the team. When Peter passed the pigeon to Mikael, the youngster said '' Shes a cracker '' hence the name ' Mikael's Cracker ' When I verified this yb she was on her 2nd flight, just burst through. She had silky feathering and was in great condition with mascara around her eyes. A long cast bird that could stay on the wing for many hours, maybe one for the future. Anyway, very well done to Peter and George and of course young Mikael. ps. Check out the soup spoon in Mikaels top pocket, when asked what this was for he said ' stuff he put on the feed ' but he wouldnt tell me what, hes learning quick.
