she sold it all pjc, obviously she had no sentimental value for it......just hope the person who eventually bought it apprieciates its history and what mr mitchell achieved. :-/

wouldnt have sold it if it had been my grandads, she also had old photos of him at his loft and other memoribilia re the race etc........she took £370 for all that history and record of her grandads achievement. :-/

wouldnt even risk it even if it did work..........dangerous giving a quarter of tablet to a pigeon it could kill it.

yearling hen of mine laid two very small eggs which were due to hatch today, so far they havnt hatched and by the looks of them i dont think they will........ hope the next ones are bigger, maybe will hatch then..... :-/

only a yearling hen isnt she, out of 4 pairs yearlings i have.....only one pair has laid and that was after about a month of being paired up........ :-/

cracking ybs there, look spot on..............hope they do well foryou.

all very nice ybs owen look well reared, hope they do well for you............

noticed the same with mine sometimes, as someone said, they gorge on grit if they can and this can make the droppings watery......when the ybs are weaned and the grit intake isnt as much they return to normal, plus remember they will be drinking more water too.......

using laysoft horse bedding £6 a bag from crowthers in wakefield..............only using in stock shed with four pairs but im pleased with it............

ah right, and how long do you leave it in the loft........do you change and renew or give fresh water for the rest of the week ?

anyone used honeygar, as the name suggests its honey and cider vinegar mixed 50 - 50..........bought it from holland and barrets and used dosage of 5ml per litre plus have also put a clove of garlic in at the same time..........
