  3. Are they muttleys boxes stevie. if so very good quality.
  4. From what i heard over on the east coast today bart they were at notheallerton also and liberated earlier than lanarkshire and they too had a very bad race.
  5. THIS YOUNGSTER CAME IN THIS EVENING SLIGHTLY INJURED, NOT SERIOUS. WING STAMPED HOLYTOWN CLUB LANARKSHIRE FED. ANYONE HAVE APHONE NUMBER FOR THE SEC.
  6. Well done young John thats you broke your novice status in three weeks, congratulations young man. You tell dad "Mark the superstar" that you will do it your way from now on ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D. I hope to see a post on here soon saying 1ST FED very soon as the way you are going it wont be long. Well mark you must be walking on air tonight, chest puffed out and proud as punch. The apple never falls far from the tree. Well done to you both.
  7. Correct TT when i raced in Ireland the liberation site for cork was skibereen, did not think much of the site on the clip. but the rest of it was excellent.
  8. hope thats factor 50 you have on jimmy.
  9. nice one westy recognised some of the characters in the clip as i lived not far from there. keep them coming.
  10. I can tell you stuart that this man has been ripped off, £400 each. If he had waited he could have purchased some better bred direct from louis van loon himself and probably had some change. I must say I have had some birds from stuart and they were excellent, he was very helpful and I would have no hesitation in using him again.
  11. Turns out this youngster was racing on sat and should have had a green electronic clip ring but it has been removed which means some low life has had the bird in already removed the ring and chucked it out without food or water, mindless idiot.
  12. unfortunately ben there is no other sport in the world to bring you down like pigeon racing. 1st fed one week not a feather the next week. on the bright side you only had 5 away and everyone seemed to have a bad race so you know it is not just you. If everyone had their birds home and you had none then i would be worried. but keep your chin up ben as that 1st club and 1st fed is just around the corner for you.
  13. cheers bobby will phone just now.
  14. hi john i have not heard of any but there were a lot of birds floating around going nowhere. The Glasgow birds had kitted up and were just leaving the site heading north when the fife birds went up, luckily we had a good race with winning birds doing high 1300 ypm, and excellent return all round at our club. i noticed on the leven club site they were doing 880 ypm so it looks as though they had it sticky. The only stray i had in is one from aberdeen i think, su 06ab 2111, have posted it on the lost birds page. ps congratulations on winning your club race, well done.
  15. THIS YOUNGSTER CAME IN TODAY FLOWN DOWN A LITTLE AND JUST HUNGRY AND THIRSTY. ANY PHONE NO. FOR THE CLUB SEC.
  16. well done redcheqen a fitting reward for all your efforts.
  17. WELL DONE CELTIC. All the hard work and the good trainning must be paying off for you and you know you are more than welcome to come and pick some more for next year. Keep up the good work Darryn.
  18. all the controllers who had birds on the correct site had called each other and organised liberation times. The first anybody knew Fife were there was when their birds appeared behind the buildings.
  19. I forgot to mention at our clock check all our members had good returns the worst was one waiting on 4 from 33 sent.
  20. Hi square peg yes your post is half right Glasgow Fed liberated at 07.30am FIFE fed went a couple of mins later. not only did your conveyor liberate at the wrong time but he was also in the wrong location. Glasgow, Renfrewshire, and South Lanarkshire were all parked at the approved liberation site the car park your numpty was parked behind the Jockeys changing rooms. When asked what he was playing at he claimed he was new and did not know Glasgow had gone(specsavers maybe needed here.) he also claimed he never saw renfrewshire going at 07.00 am. I think your race controller a mr Donnachie will have some questions to answer here.
