Type of business that deserves the support of pigeon fanciers, who knows may turn out to be a godsend.

Just watched a video where a top fancier was asked, does he train single up,- answer - no, he saw no point and this guy also has fabulous results. One point he made races his young birds right out and knows what his best birds are at the end of the season and get rid of the not so good ones - saw one of his sales for young birds - food for thought :

Seems the original was painted by Edgar Hunt and done a whole series of them might be you have a copy!!!

I think you should get it checked out there are farm postcards on ebay by E.Hunt (they are located in Australia) and one is exactly the same as your painting. I do not know who the original artist was but you could be sitting on an original that someone saw fit to copy or vice versa

You may have to push the boat out a bit further this year as the cheapest on elimar is £30

I am sure that if any of the members of this site had made any slanderous postings the webmaster would have pulled the plug. All that is happening is that posters are passing relevant information to each other regarding a "fraudulent" transaction the buyer has intimated that he did not get what he paid for and cannot see how that can cause mr coxy loss of sleep! or shout "foul play" The truth will always out, may take a little time - so what it will still come out.

Any one know large grain merchants in West of Scotland (Glasgow area) used to travel to large farm at Kincardine just along from the bridge off the roundabout.

Some of the prices for a young bird are quite frightening - The second bird owned by wingnuts was sitting on Elimar at £2500 (By himself an American ) and that was before the sale proper. A lot of truths in your post albear the names definately sell pigeons some of the names in the pedigree are so far back they are distant memories maybe thats why pedigrees are getting longer

Its true to say although you may not feed grit at home your birds will get it whenever it requires it. Sometime the birds on the shore pick up too much salt and bring it backup its amazing what they pick-up crop can be full of tiny whelks

I would check the nationals and go for the small flier (no entered) and consistantly well up in the result.

As someone has already intimated a letter to the two pigeon papers outlining what has happened and give the known names aka's at least he will not be able to use them.When you join the pb site why is it not compulsary to put your location for home or loft no (rpra,shu,unc or whu ) that way you will have an idea who you are dealing with -- just a thought
