I think the reply is a load of crap your delivery was not what you paid for just another excuse not to pay out. I hope that all pigeon men can find alternative ways to pay and not to use paypal. They offer you the world and then whip your feet away hope they ask me for another survey to be completed > > >

last entry on 8/9/07 offering to breed white pigeons for another young fancier another poster had sussed him out and he wasn't very happy. He seems to have gone underground ;) :

Is coxy the same as pigeonlad and corsalad on another site says he has a brother!!!!!!!!! :'( :'( :'(

Chances are he is not even a member of the rpra and blogs rings any way he can. It's strange that we can send men to the Moon spaceships to Mars and we can't get rid of a parasite which is eating away at the very base of Pigeon basics - The Members

Check out how many schools are in the local area, get the members to nominate birds to fly in a mini league. The fanciers could get a pool of birds together get the schools to draw them out and take them to the schools so they can see which birds are representing the school ,give them photos and a weekly mark-up of the race results that way you will generate interest, publise it in the local papers and have a final race add up the points and give a trophy to the winning school. If you get a few kids interested then you have "won a watch"

Surely this cannot be the same "coxy shi---g " who is pleading poverty and only a week ago offered Phillips £80.00 for one of his birds and if you can change your IP and user name so easily it is going to make it harder for honest fanciers to sell birds as we will all be under suspicion (will it be, maybe its "coxy shi---g" syndrome!) -
Racing -Pigeon-Fancier.com Not comprehensive but a fair idea. The late Leslie Davidson (Observer) of the BHW he was a "fundi" at this kind of stuff

Not to put too fine a point on it - You seem to be having better luck on the other without all the hassle : : A few of our posters seem to be spreading their "wings"

The sprint specialist would have to compete at the distance and vice versa but then they would breed birds for each distance. I have to agree with Tammy on this one I think the question is loaded and again down to personal preference too many excellent fanciers out there and would do an injustice to pick one over the other.

Due to domestic, work commitments and possibly health reasons it may not always be feasible to breed your own young birds so the option is to buy in,I am sure he will not be the first and definitely will not be the last. It sometimes comes down to what suits your lifestyle the other option is to give them up but why should you if you have an alternative and someone is willing to sell.

BEST THING TO DO AFTER HARD RACE
Fair Play replied to batusai's topic in Novices, Beginners & Young Fanciers
Darken the loft as it will keep the birds quiet and a chance to recover as they will continue to be active in sunlight -
Some people support Man Utd. Liverpool,Chelsea,Celtic, Rangers,Cardiff or Linfield it's all a matter of choice the best way would be to have a One Loft Race where they could all compete against each other but would it work as some are sprint specialists others are middle distance, long or extreme distance there are too many variables so personal preference rules

Anyone who lives near the coast will constantly see flocks of pigeons on the shoreline picking away at grains of sand it's an inbuilt thing if they didn't require it they wouldn't take it!
-
My deliveries are 1-1/2 hrs later than before

Seen them on ebay ;D ;D ;D :B

I am going to buy some pigeons of a certain strain I am going to have an third party pick them up for me but I will make sure the vender has his money first before collection.

Funny when you read some of the postings it's sounds as if the poster has a foot sticking from the mouth. Just a thought! ;D ;D ;D

If people are determined to cheat they will find a way round it especially if it is electronic. Do you recall the special tv boxes that the providers used to fry sending a signal down the line dosn't happen now (so I am told) that's how far they have come.A lot of clever people out there dulicating and building to your requirements Hope it does not happen as it could be the end of pigeon racing :'( :'( :'(

Do you think with all the stuff that is fed to animals to improve the meat they have lost the natural immunity that they once had. You also read about the myriad of additives on the market for our pigeons you are spoilt for choice if that is the road you want to go down. The auld "Lum Dossers" are a hardy lot no nice cosy ventilated lofts for them they are at the mercy of the elements and hardy with it.

It seems that this is a common occurrence people bid on pigeons but never follow up with the cash, seen a few negative feed backs recently.

I know this differs from the original point - a couple of years ago I had my large lounge window smashed saw the culprit and phoned the police - relayed the information and to cut short they told me I required a witness Hope you have better luck in this despicable act.
