Sent 10 hens as trainers a jump of 100 mls and have 5/10 but every one went to drinker first , tried the not basket training (over night , normally 3 nights ) but were trained 6 times to 10 mls so ok with returns considering it was a tough day . Ps all bar 1st bird had very red wattle due to rain .

That fair enough I just believe it was all started as distance racing and I know the north guys have it all to do but they always have done and done ok .maybe I,m still living in my past when scoring from France was the be all and end all and all I have ever cared about and always will .

I think it should be the opposite the shortest flyers should be flying 500 mls for the gold cup it is ment to be distance racing not sprinting for years I have tried and failed at 500 mls but not once have I thought making it shorter will make me a better fancier , it is hard losing some top birds but that is why it's what it is national racing . Can't believe Snfc members on here are thinking this way . Sort the Percy's first and foremost .
