Six weeks tonight until the first race and thank god that winter was loooooong What's everyone's targets have they changed from last season? What you planning on doing differently to help you achieve this?

Every time I report a stray it seems to be more hassle than the last however I will keep on reporting. Any fancier that I get their pigeon in has no obligation to pick it up or pay for it to be picked up I would not force that on anyone as it's expensive... what I do with it is up to the individual

I prob will be able to help with a couple off pairs stock but not for a few months as I'm still breeding i have 13 pair of stock that won't be coming with me apart from a few

Some guys turn their nose up at young bird racing but they still set their clock? they want to win just as much. Also the arguement off distance v sprint etc bollocks a win is a win in my opinion only

19th for the me Andy cocks and hens startend getting out yesterday.. should be raring to go come race time. Just been picking out doos for certain races going to try and spread them about a bit better this year

Frank as a distance man yourself do you think darkening youngsters has any detriment to the pigeon later in life? Having 2 teams off ybs wouldnt help though because I'd have them to get out plus old birds cocks and hens twice down at the current lofts that's 6 hours plus an 8 hour shift fk knackerd just typing that lol

Was planning on putting the youngsters on darkness but with having doos at two locations it mite be tricky time wise... maybe need to wait until next year when my full team is up the road
