Would it follow that the longer the bird was being under nourished the bigger the fret mark?? If so, then a bird with a bad fret mark may well look ok again but in fact the tank is empty and it will go down?? If a small fret then it may still have another big effort in it??
Back to the same spot yesterday, same routine put up in 4 batches. All home though the last group were slow for some reason. No training today cos of the weather but maybe i shoulda took a leaf oot Peter's book and tossed them anyway.
Was the station busy Steven? Was over at Bellshill looking to give a hand as per and there wisnae enough work tae make it worthwhile staying. So early doors it didnae look as if it was gonny be a big entry, might have picked up later though.

Tossed mine this morning behind Tinto Hill in 4 seperate batches, got my First casualties in 8 tosses though, dropping 2 and one back slightly injured to the neck, talon mark!! Hope the other 2 show up, but i doubt it now.

Another disappointing day for me without a time in. 2 of my 4 sittung on the loft this morning. 2yr old hen looks in great condition, yearling looks like she flew Ancensis!!
