It is with great sadness I have to report to the fancy the passing of Harry Mullan yesterday after a long illness. Harry was the secretary/treasurer of Buckie and District RPC for a number of years doing a sterling job right up until his passing. Harry always had a smile and joke and dry sense of humour which will be sadly missed. It was a privilege to have known him and call him a friend.

Thoughts of all Buckie and District RPC members are with Harry's family at this sad time.

rest in peace pal
