West Of Scotland Amalgamation Of Racing Pigeon Federations

It may be George. I think RPRA use Garmin to pinpoint the loft and Solway used Garmin when they done their lofts. After checking with Benzing the measurements were the same, so the Garmin was approved.

The only remaining difference would be the race-point end and the method of measurement, i.e. Great Circle versus ? :)

Just get everyone to join the same union or both

Don't think it will be that much...after 250 mile Lanarkshire are down big time

if we go from wetherby onwards. i checked lanarkshire at thirsk had 4,900, ayrshire had 1,000+, glasgow had 1,000 and south lanrark would have 400-500?

peterbrough would probably be 2,000 in total.

Andrew, all I know is that Ayrshire are joining us at Wetherby, I'm not sure if that is when we join with South Lanarkshire. The following week, we are all together. :)

I don't know if any other Feds are joining us. :)

When is it we in the west are all going to the same race points as we must kick start this Amalgamation. We will sit back and let seasons go by and just talk about it .

There is no amalgamation at all....it's merely joint convoying UNFORTUNATELY

Who are the people that stop this happening? Everyone I know thinks its a great idea but it still hasn't happened.

RPRA vs SHU measurements are different and this will always stop a full open result, we will still have a joint lib but no open result until all are either in the same union or the unions use the same measurement calculation system.

Petty p ish as usual, these cranks that stop things happening because of small details and politics aren't fit to be in any position imo.expletive remove, lets use SHU distances one year and RPRA the next, simple as that eh?

We should just use the snfc rules if u want to compete get SHU distances simple...

The Amal gets the distances for ye Geo, whether its RPRA or SHU is irrelevant really
