It was a close run thing last year, think it will be even closer this year. If I were to have a wager on the outright winner I think France are showing the best value for money.

I think it could be France, England and Ireland as the winners today. In my (Considered lol) opinion the Wales V Ireland could be the closest fought match.

Agreed Italy improve every season for the past 5, but France always have a bit of flair and a match winner.

England V Scotland could be down to the 'New Manager' and how they have altered and inspired their teams. But England, regardless of biases have by far the deepest pool of good players to choose from, so on that basis always have a chance against any side in the world.

Never mind the last defeat by Wales... When Coaches attacked the bias refereeing and earnt banns, if they had converted against Wales the spouting's would be far different. Indeed they could, and in reality should have push over the line ... But again loose refereeing allowed saw that to be so.

England don't become a bad team over night! Like in most sports and such! But the adage I often refer to of 'You can only be as good as the opposition / opponent let's you.

Bring it on lol.

I think we will see much faster games now. It has been the trend over the last 2 or 3 seasons. Quick pick ups and quick releases.

Plus I think Wales have the most experienced and settled side this time around ... But feel England overall class will out lol

This the same overall class from the same team that were ejected from their own world cup??? Not many new faces so the coach has it all to do

Strange post that Da12. More than bias and unfair. However we have brought in some new players, a new manager, but kept some CLASS proven Players, so the insults are just uncouth and silly really.

Scotland did well in the world cup eh!?. So much a do was made about a ref's decision! But then that is OK eh! Nary a thought of realism about the many bad decisions we had against Wales though I see! Typical! Nary a thought of realism either I see lol :002:

Ireland will definately have the heart but with a few key players missing from the squad I think they will have a tough game against the Welsh men.

cant belive wales could not beat that irish team although we played well that is possibly the worst irish team in the last 20 year due to injuries

 

 

wales have a severe lack of imagination that just tried to run straight though the irish when they went though 22 phases of play and were never looking to score a try but looking for a penelty showed it all i think
