THE FIFER Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 Is it the breast, could be it has hit something trying to escape the bop,
greenlands Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 Seriously maddening mate, hope the breast will stitch up OK,the flights will sort themselves, getting beyond a ..*expletive removed* joke now. :emoticon-0179-headbang: Buy the way a nice looking bird.
Michael J Burden Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 I have had some like this a number of times. Not sure which bop it was but always thought it a sparrow hawk. The hen it hit got hit 3 times over 6 weeks on the last time she never returned from exercise. Keep her on until the feathers are all back is my advice mjb
yeboah Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 100% peregrineClassic strike the peregrine dives from above goes past the pigeon and catches it from underneath The tallon from one claw has went into the birds breast whilst the other has just got a load of wing feathersReason why it has lost its grip Watched it many many timesLucky Doo
