look at the wind for the 1st inland national the last 4 or 5 years

I think you will find that its been mostly north east or south east winds

how many times have we heard it on here that the birds have been blown over to Ireland

channel races over 500 miles are still affected by the wind direction but not quite as bad as shorter races

lol, we go no further forward

I wish it was the way you say it but it is simply not. Good doos required to win anywhere but different type off doos here in the west

ps i'm not saying the doos that win in the west are better than the east north or south just saying it requires a different type of doo....

Don't speak so much muck what do the mac,s race is it not the vanden belles there was a sale on here not to long ago from a fancier in the west and his doos were mostly van reets .one of the main problems is all the auld long distance doos have been diluted down with the sprinters

Davie & Gareth for the record their are NO FALKIRK LOFTS in the West Section nor are we in Camelon South East of Phill, However your pal from Newbiggen is roughly 10 miles East of the NORTH WEST FED. No Federation boundaries have been changed in my 55 years in the sport to my knowledge so please refrain from stirring untruths and deal with the facts.

Peter, your right Davie,s loft location is well east , however as good a doo man as he is I would still rather take my chances against him as compete against the Nor west fed or those who jumped from their into the Midland to be in sect E

Davie why don't you and Gareth get yourselves a nice wee Central Section organised and then you can fly amongst yerselves and leave the rest of the grown ups to get on with trying to get on a National result. LOL

Personally, if I wanted to be in a location in the west section for 500+ miles it would be Newbigging but if it was for inland nationals it would be Denny/Camelon. Basically,as we all know, the further east the better.

Right after what has happened to me this week fk all the bickering between sections i hope i can get back to flying doos with you all next year onwards and upwards

All the best to everyone for next season all the best from Alan with the slightly smaller team than i had this time last week

Derek,

You are most welcome to stick a loft in my garden as you would win F ALL. You are the incentive I require to get me going again and my ability to beat you would know no bounds. You must imagine we are all numpties over here. TIC.

Peter I thought there already was a nice wee central section, section D ,where you and the rest of the grown ups from that area belong and where i have no problem with you trying to get on a national result, section E well that's another matter altogether :emoticon-0136-giggle:
