The lads on the allotments near to me are overrun with red mite,several have sprayed with various crap and the little bug**s are still there,this is a definite winner just incase you have any problems at the loft.Can be put on feed for worms on the loft floor or in the nest pans.

i've tried this greenlands and they still have problems with them i think it cost me about 16 quid at the time did the floor walls etc but the little sods keep turning up i've tried moxidectin this week but its thelast of my bottle i can't remember where i got it from so i hope this works on the little blighters.

Mix lime in with powder on the floor, leave for some time, brush in and remove, IMO :)

if the infestation is so bad i bet there living in the roof even outside the loft and in places where even powders or burners can get too

 

 

thats why i think poisoning there food may be the best method here :emoticon-0138-thinking:

Stalosan F is a dry floor dressing which kills everything including insects and their eggs. Mites have a waxy skin which they breath through. Stalosan gets into nooks & crannies and sticks to everything. Dust nest boxes & perches with it too. Sounds quite expensive at around £30 a 25kg bag if you order on-line (carriage), but it will last a year.
