Liberation of over 5 1/2 thousand pigeons took place at 05:50 am in sunshine (13c) and blue skies, no wind, light North East wind in France

 

Light North East to East North East on the channel, variable wind in England with possible southerly winds.

 

 

Derbyshire federation Poittiers 6:30 in no wind.

 

 

Wolves Fed - 565 Birds Niort liberated at 6.15 Light North East

 

North West Combine.Niort 06:00 Lt.N.E. wind.Good luck you Cumbrian lads with birds away.

 

The National pigeons at Alencon were released at 6.15am into a light north east with excellent weather forecast along the line of flight.

 

Mid Yorks combine at Poitiers 06.30 no wind turning North East in Northern France.

The S.N.F.C Race Ypres on Saturday the 6th of July. The Convoy of approx. 2200 birds were liberated at 07.15am -No Wind. Birds cleared well in one batch. Visibility Excellent. 3 Mile NE Wind over the Channel.Conditions on mainland predicted to be very hot.Reaching Bedfordshire, wind turns to South South East changing to direct South on route S.N.F.C BiRDAGE Breakdown to follow. Clocking checking in Section B will be in Castlepark Bowling Club tomorrow from 11am till 1pm. Clock Checking in Section E will be in Newhouse Garden Centre tomorrow from 11am till 12.30am
