the scottish borders web site is available for all to see ...if you have a look you will see that there is not a single complaint from any pigeon man from the east coast or anywhere else in scotland for that matter...why dont you have a look and find out for yourself before you pass comment.

 

Mostly the roads department that blocked it from the website I saw a few weeks back

im someone that thinks people should find out the facts before they make comments ...all the facts are there as to why they refused the application you can read all the documents and objections...and i dont resort to swearing.
