TREBLE D Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Hi all i think theres been a mistake with lot 11 as i bid £85. and i am not down as the wining bidder cheers Hi Robert On checking you are correct so have adjusted it Sorry Ian Thanks for bringing it to my notice
Novice Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Hi someone is at the madam here.I was winning lot 11 at £80 and never saw an increased bid of £85 or I would have bid again. This is definately not on and will be the last time I bid on any lot on this site. This is almost as crooked as some of the Blackpool auctions.

Novice Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Check post 98 on this thread, a bid was made within the time; and with 2 minutes to spare. POST 98Posted Yesterday, 20:58 PM lot 11 £85. please Done Thanks The bid was not acknowledged by the auctioneer and, as such, is invalid. Had the bid been acknowledged I would have bid again but was denied the opportunity. The final decision was unfair and this will be my last bid on any "basics" auctions.
THE FIFER Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 The bid was not acknowledged by the auctioneer and, as such, is invalid. Had the bid been acknowledged I would have bid again but was denied the opportunity. The final decision was unfair and this will be my last bid on any "basics" auctions. it was down m8, the last minute of the sale its not easy to acknowledge all at once, it takes time to change bids on a site,
just ask me Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 The auctions have been run this way a long time without any problems I think its impossible to keep acknowledgeing bids in the last 20 mins or so of the auctions as the bids can come in thick and fast I myself if I wanted a lot would of out bid the last bid then if I tought there was something to be questionable about a previous bid I would of contacted Ian im sure he would listen to your questions In fairness the auction has been run in the same format as previous auctions
just ask me Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Trebble d is the winning bidder as it looks like he highlighted his bid to Ian and Ian has said thanks and updateded the bid and was sorted very easily and quickly Thanks fir your bid as all the money goes to a good cause best of luck this year and enjoy your racing
