Saj Posted December 23, 2012 Report Posted December 23, 2012 Reading your description that you have either updated a driver or it's currupted the windows installation. Which version of windows are you running xp, vista, 7? If you don't have any thing important on it - it may be easier to reload windows back on

Guest bigda Posted December 23, 2012 Report Posted December 23, 2012 hi dave turn your pc of, then on. hold on to the f12 then where it says start up in safe mode do that then go to do a system restore or go to where it says last time it worked davy F 8 might be your pc key for safe mode
greenlands Posted December 23, 2012 Report Posted December 23, 2012 Hi bigda, usually F8 for Dell. Press "F8" continuously as the computer reboots and until you see Windows Advanced Options. Highlight "Safe Mode" with your arrow key, then press "Enter." Your Dell computer now boots into safe mode. Hopefully it will work.
