Only saving grace if you are with British gas for your Duel fuel atleast your money is going back into the British Economy in taxes whereas EDF E-ON is helping the French. Also if you are with BG for Duel fuel and haven't already done so call them and they will do your wall and loft insulation free still fkn extortion though from all energy companies

The way things are going we will all be broke before long because in spite of the cuts the Government is still borrowing piles of money and due to the rain in Europe and the draught in America food prices will go skywards. Social Security costs are very high and tax revenue is very low.The population is exploding and the NHS is in a terrible mess. Of course the Bankers will still have their bonuses and the Politicians will still be paid lots of money and enjoy great pensions. Everyone else will have to try to pay for all these luxuries. Good isn't it.

The fact of the matter is all major energy companies will be increasing there prices just like doo food petrol the lot is going up because the price to get it to the consumer costs more.

But why put something up 6% when the cost of living is no where near that and they already stated that they made 23%profit in April.

When a big National Company says it has made 23% profit you should realise that is a figure that they have come up with after much doctering of the books. The real figure will be far higher than that. This is almost identical to situation with the Banks. Greedy people making fortunes regardless of the damage they are doing to the rest of us.We can not possibly afford to allow a small group of people to do what they like with something so important as National Energy, Railways and Road Controls. It then becomes far worse when the people doing the controlling are foreigners because just like the Bankers they will just pack their bags and go back to their Countries of origin if they are caught out. Food is another situation we really must get a grip of because that is another very damaging thing if it gets any more out of control that it currently is. Britain is a Country that can cope with a population of around 45 million people and we now have around 70 million and it is still rising. We now have the ridiculus situation where University educated people can not find a job and people with children are homeless.
