Think it was the Hamilton mob, seen Jim driving wi the trailor on when I stopped fer a roll on black pudding in Carnwath. Only seven home when I got back, but the rest came in drips and drabs through the day.Think there are a couple missing still but can only worry about whats in the hut as they say.

The hamilton guys went to Peebles today aswell as the trailer there was a convoy following the trailer someone told me there might have been 1500-2000 birds

Cogburn Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 The hamilton guys went to Peebles today aswell as the trailer there was a convoy following the trailer someone told me there might have been 1500-2000 birds Not sure how the times tie in but these ones were well on there way when they came over the hill.Is that the route over Elsrickle yous would expect them to take when coming from Peebles Frank? If it was the Hamilton doos they may have been split up a bit as it looked as if it was maybe 500/600.They were in three big batches strung oot no the oner when I seen them. Could of been another mob though but I thought when seeing Jim Hannah in Carnwath it would be them, will never know for sure
