Guest TAMMY_1 Posted July 9, 2012 Report Posted July 9, 2012 Politics and lunatics the pigeon game is shrinking in front of our eyes and too many pulling in different directions. that sums up our fed,two weeks ago we were at Messac with an independent convoyer when the other fed which is basically the same area as us were also there and because of somebody not liking somebody else we never went together, two separate liberations when all the birds were coming to the same area, that is nuts and it looks the same for our last race from Saintes again both feds are there and again I think it is separate libs, not even sure who is taking us to Saintes,it is like the secret service
Bluedoo Posted July 9, 2012 Report Posted July 9, 2012 Anyone who has seen separate libs from same transporter will tell you it is absolute chaos with the birds still in the baskets. Goodness knows how many birds are injured or damaged in the chaos.

Shortcut Lofts Posted July 9, 2012 Report Posted July 9, 2012 Cant understand that one, when we (irish) hit the channel all 3 organisations liberate together en mass. I think the southern lads also go up with us. It gives better chances of the birds pulling into the country. IMO - disregarding pigeon politics the Scottish lads should all go together, you would get better racing. Eamon
Roland Posted July 9, 2012 Report Posted July 9, 2012 Won't make a scrape of difference how many are going different ways. About time ALL bodies got together and saved costs, and the fanciers money, by all taking each others birds.
