I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Milne as I knew his son and in conversation said I had never seen a Jacobin pigeon he said he would take dad over to show me one

 

He duly arrived came into the house with a basket and proceeded to take this bird out he blew up it's crop put it on the breakfast bar and went on to take some more out and do the same thing' my wife's face was a picture all these Jacobins strutting about on her breakfast bar she was gob smacked and auld Dod just stood the pleased as punch

 

Will never forget you Dod R I P the Mckays
