It's good the young birds are working back even if the numbers are disappointingly low. I've still got yesterday's 8/9, it's now late afternoon and she still hasn't shown.

heavy rain on route from consett must have put

75 % of the birds down, as there where far to many

making there way back from the race late, as for the remainder of late birds, i think they have flew them self done. and the only way they Will return is they are in peoples lofts, other feds got away with it i think the damage was done about 11- 12 O'Clock

yesterday, the forcast i had was for showers at 12 on at consett and the wind changing to a light west reports are saying there was heavy rain

in the area at hexham

Are all these controllers getting it wrong or is it a case of when one goes the pressure is on them to let them go

I would love to speak with the Angus controller who had the ba--s to hold over when all round liberated and ask him / her why

Good on you mate hope today was a good one

I got a Carluke bird come in with my batch from Otterburn today. It was a ch pd hen SU10L1610, I think. I tossed it at Cumbernauld and it headed south on the right direction,so I believe it knew where it was going. Hope it made home
