Guest Gareth Rankin Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 Good possibility of a Friday lib at Bourges though there is a chance of a few showers around Paris which look to very light.
tyson Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 does,nt look good for friday sunday looks the best chance of a lib
budgie Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 Who are they being liberated with and what size of convoy.
david.j Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 good luck all who sent to bourges we were there (UNC) 3 weeks ago and had a stinker only 226 home in race time out of 2000
sapper756 Posted July 8, 2010 Author Report Posted July 8, 2010 Does not look good for a Friday libhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif
frank-123 Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 Does not look good for a Friday lib i am afraid the birds will go if the weather is ok up to yorkshire which it looks like to me on friday but north of yorkshire it looks terriblethe snfc have no control over the liberation they go when the great yorkshire amal go just like last week the snrpc were controlled by the mnfc they went and the north was poor weather wise snrpc could muster 124 and the snfc got 251 to there longest races even together they would need to call on the english nationals for joint convoying
frank-123 Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 weather not looking good in france tomorrow http://www.xcweather.co.uk/FR/forecast?Loc=FR they might be lucky and miss the rain
OLDYELLOW Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 if our feds transporter they be up dont think they have a hold over polocy judging by last race from channel its more get birds get there get them up get home
andy Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 Guys,It's going to be nigh on impossible to get a lib from the middle of France to the North of Scotland without getting some kind of adverse weather (showers) along parts of the route. The most important part is getting them out of France and over the channel, then trusting timing and luck. Good luck to all ;)
cemetary Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 Good luck to all who has sent, hope its won in Fife,
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 HELD OVERSame as our Fed at Saintes, held over because of terrible thunderstorms across France
OLDYELLOW Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 THERE WILL BE NO LIBERATIONS FROM BOURGES DUE TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN FRANCE , seems there getting our crappy weather we usualy get
sapper756 Posted July 9, 2010 Author Report Posted July 9, 2010 Will they get up tomorrow, Saturday?http://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif
OLDYELLOW Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 driver be itching to come home by now , so hope there up tomorrow and i hope they liberate the whole convoy together , better to be one big lib than several small libs safety in numbers wont get dragged by bigger batches then
JADE Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 how many organisations are on the transporter. dont like the idea of multiple liberations
OLDYELLOW Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 East Coast fed there maybe GYAmaybe Barkston Ash shuput the lot up together better to be one lib from that distance
tyson Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 still not looking good at bourges sat olso poor forcast from yorkshire right up through scotland with heavy rain sunday still best day for everyone
